CSUB supports international online platforms by supplying trained, performance-managed chat moderators who work remotely as independent contractors.
Your day-to-day role
You’ll participate in text-based online conversations on one or more community platforms. Your focus is to keep chats active, friendly, and engaging while following platform guidelines and communication standards.
